Order Placement & Acceptance
By confirming your purchase at checkout, you agree to accept and pay for the products, as well as any applicable shipping charges and taxes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: limited stock availability, errors in pricing or product information, or payment issues. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We will attempt to notify you in case of cancellation.
Foodphenic reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, household, or order without prior notice. We may also cancel orders suspected to be for resale or bulk commercial use.
General Shipping Terms
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service availability.

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1500.

For orders below ₹1500, a minimal shipping charge will apply based on cart value and delivery location.
Once your order is dispatched, the risk of loss and title passes to you. We are not responsible for delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if your parcel is received by someone else at the delivery location.
We are currently shipping only within India. Orders will be fulfilled to valid serviceable Indian PIN codes only.
We do not take responsibility for any damages caused after delivery is completed. In case of any delivery issues, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped via reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc. Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email and SMS, and you can monitor your parcel in real time.
Address Change
Shipping address changes are allowed before dispatch only. To update your shipping address, contact our support team as soon as possible. Address changes after dispatch are not possible.
Damage or Tampering
If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at support@foodphenic.com or +91 79860 39870.
Please keep the packaging and provide:

Refunds/replacements will be processed after verification.
Fair Usage Policy
To prevent abuse of our returns and shipping policies, we reserve the right to:

Charge a shipping fee of ₹50–₹150 for accounts with a high return or rejection rate.

Disable Cash on Delivery for such accounts.
Delivery Availability
You can check PIN code delivery availability on the cart/checkout page before placing your order.
