Industrial spice factories use high-speed hammer mills that heat up past 80°C. That extreme heat burns away the natural volatile essential oils that give spices their authentic aroma and health benefits. Foodphenic uses slow natural granite stone mills (chakkis) operating below 24°C, locking 100% of essential aroma oils directly into every single grain.

We use authentic, high-altitude Vietnamese Cassia Cinnamon sourced from Yên Bái, Vietnam. Celebrated globally by culinary masters, Vietnamese Cassia boasts an extraordinary 3.5%+ volatile essential oil concentration (nearly triple that of ordinary cinnamon), delivering unmatched sweetness and warm aroma in biryanis, gravies, and kadak tea.

Yes. Every single batch is FSSAI compliant and crafted with zero lead chromate, zero synthetic colors, zero starch fillers, and zero chemical additives. Spices are stone-ground on traditional chakkis and sealed in aroma-lock jars.

Foodphenic was established in 2020 by Gurkirat Singh (Proprietor). Our registered office and spice packaging facility is located at NB 148, Sodal Road, Preet Nagar, Jalandhar, Punjab, 144004, India (GST NO. 03LEXPS9732M1Z7). All our single-origin spices are stone-ground and dispatched fresh directly from our Punjab facility.

We offer Free Express Delivery on all orders above ₹299 across India. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are freshly packed and dispatched the same day via BlueDart or Delhivery Air. Delivery takes 2-3 business days in major metros and 3-5 days across rest of India.
