By browsing our online store, creating a custom spice box, or placing an order, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Purity & Product Accuracy
All our spices are guaranteed 100% pure, single-origin or authentic artisanal blends, cold stone-ground without artificial fillers or adulterants. Product imagery reflects actual packaging; minor visual variations in natural spice color may occur across agricultural seasons without affecting volatile oil purity.
2. Pricing & Payments
All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) inclusive of applicable GST. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and NetBanking through encrypted 256-bit payment gateways.
3. Promotions, Offers & Single-Coupon Policy
Promotional codes (such as ASLI10, WELCOME50, and FREESHIP) are subject to specified minimum cart thresholds. In accordance with store policy, only one promotional coupon may be applied per transaction. Attempting to apply a new coupon will automatically replace any previously active coupon.
4. Foodphenic Spice Points Program
Registered customers earn 5% cashback in Spice Points on eligible product subtotals (1 Point = ₹1 INR). Points can be redeemed at checkout against future orders. Points are non-transferable and have no cash surrender value outside store purchases.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand marks, logos, product descriptions, recipe content, and custom software elements (including the Custom Spice Box Builder) are the exclusive intellectual property of Foodphenic (Proprietor: Gurkirat Singh).
